The full list
This is the category-level list rather than an item-level catalogue, and that is deliberate. Any list of individual skins would be wrong within a day, because the rotation changes faster than a page can be updated. What stays stable is which categories are claimable and which are not.
| Item | Status | Limit | Recommendation | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Outfits sold for V-Bucks | Claimable | No stated limit | Highest value claim — start here the day your window opens | Community estimate, not published by Epic. vice.com |
| Back blings, pickaxes and wraps | Claimable | No stated limit | Cheap to claim, so sweep them after the outfits | Community estimate, not published by Epic. vice.com |
| Emotes and Jam Tracks | Claimable | No stated limit | Easy to miss — they sit in their own shop tabs | Community estimate, not published by Epic. vice.com |
| Sidekicks | Claimable | One copy of each Sidekick you do not already own | Claim the one you actually want first | Community estimate, not published by Epic. vice.com |
| Packs priced in real money | Excluded | Not covered at all | Budget for these separately, the token will not touch them | Community estimate, not published by Epic. vice.com |
| Gifting items to other players | Excluded | Claims are account-bound | Do not promise friends anything you claim | Community estimate, not published by Epic. vice.com |
| Battle Pass levels and pass rewards | Excluded | Not covered | Keep playing your normal quests for pass progress | Community estimate, not published by Epic. vice.com |
| Subscription club content | Excluded | Reported as excluded | Check the shop tab yourself before assuming it is claimable | Community estimate, not published by Epic. vice.com |
One row is worth flagging: subscription club content is reported as excluded, but that report comes from a player summary rather than a guide with a screenshot. If you are considering the club for other reasons, check the tab yourself during your window instead of trusting the row.
What it costs
In tokens, the answer is simple: nothing per item. You do not spend tokens on individual rewards, and there is no currency counter ticking down as you claim. The cost is the window itself — every day you do not log in is a day of free items you cannot get back.
In V-Bucks, the answer is that you are saving whatever the item would have cost. That is why claim order matters: a free emote and a free outfit consume the same click, but they represent very different amounts of money.
The cost you should actually worry about is the activation click. Once the window starts, it runs for 14 days whether or not the rotation is any good. There is no reported pause.
What to claim first
- Outfits you would have bought anyway. Highest V-Bucks value, and the items you will actually use after the window ends. Start here every time.
- Bundles priced in V-Bucks. A bundle is several items for one claim, which makes it the best value per click. Skip real-money packs; they are excluded.
- One Sidekick you do not own. The limit is one copy each, so pick the one you want most rather than sweeping the tab.
- Emotes and Jam Tracks. Cheap individually, but they are the categories people forget entirely, which makes them free money left on the table.
- Wraps and back blings last. Low value, high count. Fine as a final sweep on the last day.
What expires
Nothing you have already claimed expires. Items land in your locker permanently, the same as a purchase. What expires is access: when the window closes, the FREE labels disappear from the shop and you are back to paying V-Bucks like everyone else.
The unclaimed portion of your window does not convert into anything. There is no refund, no partial credit, no extension. If you activate on a Monday and only play on weekends, most of your window is spent doing nothing.
The activation cutoff for the 2026 window is unverified in our data: [Pending verification]. The 15 and 16 December dates quoted elsewhere are the same instant in different timezones, so there is one number to wait for, not two to choose between.
Reward myths worth killing
“You get every skin in the game”
No. You get what is on the rotation during your window. Skins that rotate out before you activate, or that rotate in after your window ends, are not claimable. This is the single most common misunderstanding and it leads directly to wasted windows.
“You can claim for a friend”
No — claims are account-bound. There is no gifting path, so an offer to “claim it on your account” is either a misunderstanding or a scam.
“The 2027 window is identical”
Unknown. [Pending verification]. The second window is confirmed to exist, but nobody has published dates or exact terms, so do not build a plan that assumes it mirrors the 2026 one.
“The free items refresh if you reload the shop”
Nothing in any report suggests that. The rotation is server-side and changes on its own schedule; reloading the shop does not roll new stock.
